You can ask Kartoshka Potato to review and delete personal data associated with your WhatsApp interaction.

How to make a request
Email info@kartoshka.food with the subject “WhatsApp data deletion request”. Include the WhatsApp telephone number used to contact us, including country code, and enough information to identify the interaction or order draft.
Verification and scope
We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request. After verification, we will review the WhatsApp identifiers, profile name, message or catalog-order payload, and any related order draft held by the restaurant, and delete data that we are permitted to delete. Some records may need to be retained where required for accounting, dispute handling, security, or another legal obligation.
Protect sensitive information
Do not send a password, verification code, PIN, CVV, full payment-card number, access token, or a copy of an identity document in the first email. We will explain if any additional verification is needed.
