Order drafts
A catalog basket sent through WhatsApp creates a draft for staff review. It is not an accepted or paid restaurant order by itself. Availability, quantities, prices, fulfilment details, and acceptance must be confirmed by the restaurant.
Messages and availability
WhatsApp delivery and the restaurant’s response may be delayed or unavailable. For an urgent matter, call the restaurant. Do not use WhatsApp for emergencies or send passwords, verification codes, PINs, CVVs, full payment-card numbers, or access tokens.
Other policies
The restaurant’s Order Terms apply to a confirmed order. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, and the data deletion instructions explain how to make a deletion request. WhatsApp is provided by Meta under Meta’s own terms and policies.
